OUR SHIPPING POLICY

We want to get you your order as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process your order quickly so you can put your order on your shelves and make for happy customers in your store(s).  

SHIPPING OPTIONS & RATES

We’ve made every effort to get your orders processed and shipped faster. Expedited orders orders must be placed by 3:00 PM CST to ship same day. Expedited orders placed after 3:00 PM CST will require an additional business day for processing. All ground orders placed by 4:00 PM CST will ship same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM CST will require an additional business day for processing. This excludes weekends and holidays. All “Delivery by” dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice. UPS and FedEX expedited options may not be available in all areas. Promotional shipping (e.g., free shipping) is only applied to orders shipped within the contiguous United States and does not apply to Hawaii or Alaska.

SHIPPING HOLIDAYS

Global Source Distribution, USPS, Spee-dee and R&L will not be shipping or delivering on the following dates in 2021. Please note shipping estimates will begin the following business day.

  • New Year’s Day – January 1, 2021
  • Easter Sunday – April 12, 2021
  • Memorial Day – May 25, 2021
  • Independence Day – July 4, 2021
  • Labor Day – September 7, 2021
  • Thanksgiving Day – November 26, 2021
  • Christmas Day – December 25, 2021
  • New Year’s Day – January 1, 2022

CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES

Global Source Distribution uses USPS Ground service on all shipments within the contiguous United States. Please allow 24 hours for processing for all orders placed after 4:00 PM CST Monday – Friday. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been fulfilled.

ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIMES

 

ALASKA AND HAWAII

All shipments to Alaska or Hawaii may incur an additional shipping charge based on weight or insured value of the package. If that happens, we’ll inform you of the new shipping charge before processing your order. Due to the distance, shipments will take a minimum of 4 business days to arrive. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed. Promotional shipping (e.g., free shipping)  does not apply to Hawaii or Alaska.

MISSING AND DAMAGED ITEMS

Global Source Distribution is not responsible for items lost in transit and set to the wrong address.  Missing and damaged items must be claimed within 3 days of delivery by emailing customersupport@gsdis.com

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

When shipping internationally, we are not responsible for knowing the Customs Policies of the countries you select to ship your product too. Shipping costs will not be included in the refund if your order does not pass inspection at the point of entry and is returned to, Global Source Distribution, the sender. In addition, we are not responsible for any exchange rate fees you might incur due to refunding your order and international fees charged by your country or third parties. For questions on international shipping, please email us directly at customersupport@gsdis.com
